User Agreement

Acceptance

By creating or using an authenticated OpenDyna account, you agree to this User Agreement and the OpenDyna Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authenticate or use account-only features.

Purpose

OpenDyna provides engineering, analysis, and related professional productivity tools. LinkedIn sign-in is used to authenticate an individual OpenDyna account. LinkedIn does not sponsor, endorse, or verify OpenDyna or the accuracy of user information displayed by it.

You may not use OpenDyna to:

Engineering information

OpenDyna tools and outputs are provided for informational and educational use. You are responsible for independently validating calculations and determining whether results are suitable for any design, safety, manufacturing, competition, or other decision.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. LinkedIn, Supabase, GitHub, and other providers may also change or discontinue services on which authentication depends.

Account suspension and deletion

OpenDyna may suspend access used illegally, abusively, or contrary to this agreement. You may delete your account from the account page. Deletion is permanent and removes the OpenDyna authentication record and associated application data configured for deletion with it.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, OpenDyna is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Changes to this agreement

OpenDyna may update this agreement as the service changes. Material changes affecting authenticated users will be disclosed before they take effect when required.
